The GMKtec EVO-X1 delivers flagship AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 performance at a more accessible price point than many of its competitors. With 50 TOPS from the XDNA 2 NPU, LPDDR5X 7500MHz soldered memory, dual 2.5G LAN, and an OCuLink port for near-full-speed eGPU connectivity, it punches well above its price tag. Available in 32GB and 64GB configurations (chosen at purchase — soldered).
AI Performance
The XDNA 2 NPU provides 50 dedicated TOPS (80 TOPS total), placing the EVO-X1 firmly in the high-performance local AI category. The LPDDR5X 7500MHz memory bandwidth benefits both LLM token generation speed and the AMD Radeon 890M iGPU. The OCuLink port (PCIe Gen4 x4) is available on the rear, enabling eGPU use that third-party reviewers have tested running simultaneously with USB4.
